Core values that guide our business:
Integrity in Business
Integrity is the name of our company. We are trying to be honest with our customers & with how we operate this business. We are not trying to just make a sale or get rich or beat our competitors… we are trying to honestly help people make decisions about their medical equipment needs. We will not be intentionally deceptive. If we make a mistake, we admit it, apologize, and try to make it right.
Integrity in Sales
We never pressure customers into purchasing products. We listen and ask questions about the challenges they are facing and then we present them with possible solutions we can offer. If the customer decides not to buy from us today, that’s not a problem. We want the customer to appreciate our honesty & clarity so that they will come back for the next medical equipment challenge. Our goal is to create customers for life that return again and again for our advice, products & services.
Integrity in Pricing
We strive to set our prices with honesty and fairness. That doesn’t mean our prices are always the absolute lowest you can find, but they are competitive and reasonable. And part of the price includes the best customer service you can find in the city of Memphis. Part of the price also helps pay for operating stores right here in the city where people can come in and ask questions, look, touch and feel our products before they buy.
A Solution for Every Customer - Even if it’s not us
The medical equipment and supply industry is so large with so many categories of products we simply cannot carry everything or be in every insurance network or deliver to every location. If we cannot provide a solution for your problem, we will try not to send you away “empty-handed”. If possible, we will point every customer toward a possible solution for their needs whether it’s one of our friendly competitors or online.
Respectful treatment for all customers
We love to surprise customers by treating all of them with respect and dignity regardless of race, nationality, sexual orientation, age or religious preference. Customers may walk into our stores with their guard up, expecting to be treated disrespectfully, half-heartedly, or condescendingly but should walk out softened, grateful and amazed at how respectfully they’ve been treated by our staff. Some customers move at a slower pace or spend a long time considering every detail of their potential purchase. We strive to be as patient as possible and give the customer our full attention for as long as they need it.
Product Choices
We like to offer multiple choices of each product we sell often referred to as “good, better & best” options. We present our good, better and best options and let the customer choose which one they feel will work best for them. We are not trying to push too much on the customer but genuinely help them get set up with things they might need but perhaps haven’t thought of yet.
Clear answers to confusing insurance questions.
Medical insurance benefits in our country can be quite confusing. Our premiums, deductibles & co-payments have risen sharply and our benefits have changed dramatically in recent years. This has left our customers unsure of what their insurance pays for and what they are responsible for. This confusion and complexity leaves many customers feeling suspicious that they are being ripped off. They pay so much for insurance premiums they can’t believe their insurance will not pay for every item a physician orders. Our goal is to provide clear answers to these confusing insurance questions.
