Warranty and Service: Warranties on electric scooters and wheelchairs we sell are typically three years. We service all our models and have technicians that can come to your home if necessary.

Come in for a Test Drive: The first step in exploring these devices is really to come into one of our two Memphis area stores and sit in them and drive them around. You can even drive them out to your car and practice loading and unloading it to see if its workable. It will become clear which one is going to be best fir for you and your needs. We will help you explore insurance and financing options.

Insurance: Some of these devices can be paid for or partially paid for by your health insurance. We can help collect the necessary paperwork for that to happen.

Power Mobility Insurance Paperwork: For insurance to help with your power mobility device, we will need:

• A prescription for a power scooter or electric wheelchair
• Clinical notes that explain why the physician or nurse practitioner thinks you need this device.

The insurance paperwork requirements for electric scooters and wheelchairs are extensive and can take some time to prepare and collect.
